Star Plus is leaving no stone unturned to shape up upcoming cooking reality show Junior MasterChef-Swaad Ke Ustaad (Colosceum Media Private Limited) and make it a great success. In fact, the makers of this show are going extra mile to ensure the kids have a great time on the sets by eliminating hazardous practices.
First thing that you’ll notice is a huge sign board put up at the entrance of the sets which lists down all the instructions and rules for the crew. The team also follows a strict no smoking policy in and around the studio. Another critical guideline is that under no circumstances the crew can shout at the kids even if they behave badly, instead they should report in to their parents. Also usage of profane language is strictly prohibited. There is a special unit of contestant managers who are the only authority to handle the kids other than their respective parents. No one from the crew is allowed to interact with the kids directly.
The makers want to ensure the communication with children is open, clear and done through proper channels. Children are sensitive, and they also need to be guided on the sets as they wouldn’t know the way a production unit functions.
Indeed, a good step!!!
