Gopi Bhalla, popularly known as the aged constable Gopinath Gandotra in the comedy sitcom FIR on SAB TV, talks to Tellychakkar.com on the importance of investments. How important is money to you? I think money is extremely important! In today’s world nothing functions without money. Are you an impulsive buyer? No, not at all... What are the investments you have made? (Laughs) I have made investments which are needed for every being for his security (smiles). What is your most expensive purchase? It was about 15 years back when I went to the US. When I was in the flight, the air-hostess asked me if I wanted to buy a watch and I ended up buying a watch worth 400 dollars. Guess the air-hostess caught me while sleeping!! Do you feel financially secure? Of course! Who handles your expenses? I do (smiles). What was your first salary? It was for the first Punjabi film I did but I won’t reveal the amount. How much money do you carry every day? How much ever is necessary for survival. Any advice for new investors? Wherever you invest think a zillion times before doing it!
