Eat healthy and drink lots of water.

I think fruits and dry fruits help you a lot.
Are you a foodie?
Yes! I am a big time foodie.
Exercise routine…
I actually do not get enough time, but yes I make sure I eat healthy food. There are times when I cannot help but rush to consume carbs, since I am a foodie! That is the time I get super conscious about my meal intake the next 2-3 days.
Are you a vegetarian or a non-vegetarian?
I am a pure vegetarian.
Favourite cuisine…
I only like my mom’s home-made food. I love Italian food too.
Favourite dish…
They are pastas, sizzlers, pizzas and other Italian dishes.
A must on your breakfast table…
Coconut water!!! My day is incomplete without it.
Sugar or sugar-free tea/coffee…
I am a sugar person and that is why I am so sweet.
Lunch generally consists of…
Four rotis, dal, vegetable and salad; I avoid eating rice.

The same as lunch.

During Ganpati time it is modak and ladoos.

Chocolates.

Fresh juices.

I am a non-alcoholic person. At parties I have juices or mocktails.
