Juhi Chawla in Baa, Bahoo Aur Baby

After Minissha Lamba doing an episodic in Chhoona Hai Aasmaan, it is Juhi Chawla who is coming down to television to promote her upcoming film Bhoothnath. The actress is doing an episodic in Baa, Bahoo Aur Baby. Producer JD Majethia says, “Juhi is coming to promote Bhoothnath by being a part of the show for one episode. But viewers will not feel that she is just come to promote her movie, she will be an inevitable part of the show. Her character is very well woven in the show.” Talking about Juhi’s role in the show, the producer says, “There is constant competition and showdown between Leela Bhabhi (Lubna Salim) and Charubala (Nimisha Vakharia). During Leela Bhabhi’s daughter Dimple’s wedding, Charubala throws a challenge to Leela to invite a celebrity to Dimple’s wedding. Leela accepts it and after trying hard she manages to get Juhi to come for the wedding. Juhi readily accepts the offer as she is fond of Gujarati food.” “She will be shown interacting with Gattu and other kids of the house. The kids ask her to tell them about her movie Bhoothnath and she tells them the story,” adds Majethia. JD says that one can’t plug in actors just for the sake of promoting their movies. It has to be in sync with the show. He adds, “Juhi was very happy being a part of the show as it projected her beautifully. She told us that they get many such offers to promote their movies on shows which they reject most of the times. It has to be creative and should be done nicely.” The episode will air on Saturday, 12th April, 2008.
