Men should cook for their loved ones and make them feel special: Arjun Bijlani

Arjun Bijlani
Recently we got an opportunity to interact with Arjun Bijlani about the art of cooking at the press conference organised by SAB TV for its upcoming show Jo Biwi Se Kare Pyaar (Deepti Bhatnagar Productions). Talking about his character in the serial, Arjun shared, “I play Aditya in Jo Biwi Se Kare Pyaar. The reason why I took up this show is because it is a very light-hearted romantic comedy. Normally shows have some elements of drama to pep up the sequences, but with this project I can say that it has a lot of face value. What you have heard is exactly what is going to be shown.” The actor was last seen in Kaali Ek Agnipariksha on Star Plus and kept busy doing some short films and a good photo-shoot which was pending. “I have been gymming and kick-boxing to keep myself healthier. I recently acted in a Punjabi movie and post that I was offered Jo Biwi Se Kare Pyaar. Since this is the first time that I am doing a comedy, I am really excited about it and the interesting part is that it is a completely new genre- a ‘fiction reality’ show.” The talented actor claimed to be a fairly decent cook in real life who cooks occasionally. And with this show, Arjun seems to be geared up to learn and know more about the art of cooking. “It was in those old days when men said that we won’t cook and it is not our job. We are in the 21st century where the world’s best chefs are men. I feel men should cook for their loved ones and make them feel special. Additionally, I would like to advise people to enjoy the process of cooking and not worry of how the dish will taste. After all, cooking too is a medium of expressing love,” he observed. The fine-looking actor also shared a recipe with us that he often cooks at home with some rice, onions and papad. We wish Arjun all the best!!!
