Have curves, will show it, says Saumya

Saumya Tandon (remember, the hostess of Dance India Dance?) was keen on wearing revealing outfits for a performance in a special episode of Ram Milaayi Jodi. As per our source, "Saumya is signed for a dance cameo for Ram Milaayi Jodi. But, she wasn't very happy with the in-house stylist as she felt her lehenga wasn't doing justice to her well-toned body and so she did the next best thing. She sent a mail to the channel saying she’d rather have her own stylist do her clothes." Saumya confirmed the same and revealed, "The stylist from the channel had designed a lehenga that barely did any justice to my body. My curves simply wouldn't show in something so boring! Hence, I will have my personal stylist who understands my form well to design something that flatters my frame." Another source adds, "The channel's brief to her was to not make her outfit revealing. The idea was to feature a number of popular television figures shaking a leg for the show’s lead protagonist, Mona's roka ceremony. It was something on the lines of a wholesome Sooraj Barjatya-style family entertainment act." But Saumya finally got to do things her way and she went ahead and shot a sequence that showcases her at her "curvy” best! Hmmm, can’t wait to see that one!
