Sushant-Ankita get into the skin of their characters, give '37 takes' for a hug!

Sushant Singh Rajput and Ankita Lokhande, Manav and Archana of Pavitra Rishta recently had to shoot a scene which required them to hug each other passionately and the “good friends” wanted it to look so natural that they took 37 takes to can that scene! As per our source, "If you have seen the latest promo of Pavitra Rishta, where Maanav and Archana run hand-in-hand to board a bus and hug each other passionately, the fact is they just couldn’t get the right degree of passion for that scene. They were required to board the bus and dissolve in each other's arms, oblivious to public glare. Given that the two are known to be good friends and had no qualms cozying up publicly, they kept giggling and blushing throughout the takes and displayed more intensity than that was required of them! The takes went on but they didn't seem to mind it at all!" A source from the sets revealed, "We were beginning to wonder if the two would lose their patience. But we were surprised to see Sushant and Ankita in great spirits.” Surprising, the makers had that much time to devote to shoot a plain hug. Aren’t daily shows shot at a frenetic pace? Wonder why, this one took so long!
