Shamin Mannan goes for a name change

Changing names has become trend for Bollywood and television actors. And not to be left behind is the stunning Shamin Mannan who rose to fame with Colors’Sanskaar. Yes, the beautiful lass Shamin has added an extra ‘n’ to her name and has also decided to drop her surname, Mannan. Talking about the change, Shaminn (note the extra ‘n”) states, “It’s my numerologist who suggested me to add the extra ‘n’ in my name and drop my surname. Although for legal documents it will be difficult for me to change but for my regular life I will be henceforth called Shaminn.” On being superstitious, she adds, “My parents are superstitious but I don’t blindly believe in all these things. It was my friend who advised me to meet Bhavik Sanghavi who is a well-known numerologist. Not that I fully believed in him from the beginning. But after he disclosed a lot many things about my personality and behavior that were all true, I had no other go but to follow his advice.” All the best, Shaminn.
