Supriya Kumari and Sahil Anand to star in Acchut Kanya

We had earlier reported about VG Productions’ upcoming show Jaatpaat for Imagine. The latest is the show has been renamed as Acchut Kanya. Sahil Anand, last seen in Mera Naam Karegi Roshan, and Supriya Kumari (of Bairi Piya) have been finalized to play the leads. As per our source, “Sahil and Supriya have been finalized. The other characters are Sangeeta Kapure who was last seen in Sarvagun Sampann and Amrita Deshmukh. They will play negative characters. Sanjay Gagnani, who was part of Bairi Piya and a new actress named Ranjeeta too are part of the show. Ranjeeta will play Vikram Gokhale’s daughter while Sahil and Sanjay will play his sons. Supriya will play the untouchable who later gets married to the minister’s (Vikram Gokhale) son, Sahil. Savita Prabhune is to play Sahil’s mother. Another actress from London is also scheduled to make an entry. Supriya, Sahil and Sanjay confirmed their participation in the show.
