Kudesan on Colors gets its cast

Colors and Shakuntalam Telefilms are set to roll their new show Kudesan. The show has finally got its lead starcast. Abhinav Shukla, will be seen playing the lead along with newcomer Devolena Bhattachrja. Navneet Nishan makes a comeback with the show along with Abhaas Mehta who was last seen in Imagine's Devi. A source says, “The story is about a Punjabi family and a Bihari family. Abhinav Shukla belongs to the Punjabi family where Navneet Nishan plays his mother. Abhinav family falls in love with this Bihari girl being played by new face Devolena Bhattachrja. The two fall in love and eventually get married. However the girl's life changes completely once she enters a Punjabi family and that's what our title Kudesan means. Kudesan stands for someone who belongs to another state. Abhinav Shukla refused to comment. Shyamasis Bhattacharya remained unavailable for comment.
