In a chat with Tellychakkar.com, the handsome Kunwar talks about his mantra behind his fit and strong body for our Lifestyle section. Personal fitness mantra? My personal fitness mantra is something which motivates me; it’s all about how I would like to see myself when I stand in front of the mirror. Seeing myself in good shape is my only mantra. Personal diet mantra? Earlier I used to eat everything, but now I have become a little strict about my diet. My diet mantra is to eat healthy and stay healthy. Just try and avoid food that makes you fat. I have always believed in eating fresh homemade food that is the best. Are you a foodie? I am a big-time foodie. I love eating spicy food like chole bhature, Maggi and food cooked my mother. Exercise routine? I make sure that I work out everyday irrespective of time. Are you a vegetarian or a non-vegetarian? Earlier, I was a vegetarian, but I lately started having non-vegetarian food for fitness reasons. Favourite cuisine? I love having Chinese food. Favourite dish? My favourite dish is parathas and mixed vegetable made by my mother; it is extremely yummy. A must on your breakfast table? Green tea and an omelet is a must on my breakfast table. Sugar or sugar-free tea/coffee? I avoid consuming sugar and prefer drinking green tea or black coffee. Lunch generally consists of? My lunch consists of salad with chicken. Dinner generally consists of? Mostly I repeat the food that I had for lunch in dinner too. Dessert delights? I avoid eating dessert. My favourite drink (non-alcoholic)? I like mix-berry juice a lot. My favourite drink (alcoholic)? I do not consume alcohol. Most unusual dish I have tasted? The most unusual dish I ever tasted is Sushi, but really do not understand how this dish is cooked. Experiment with food? I love experimenting with food and make it different. On the streets I love to have? I love eating paani-puri. Do you cook? Yes, I do cook. Fitness tip? I would like to advise people to eat healthy food, exercise everyday and stay happy. Happiness and positivity is the best way to health.
