Why Kareena Kapoor doesn't celebrate Holi?

Raj Kapoor's Holi parties are a part of Bollywood folklore. Legend has it that if you were invited to R.K. studios for Raj Kapoor's Bollywood bash, it meant that you had arrived in Bollywood. The who's who of the industry used to troop in to celebrate Holi with Raj Kapoor and his family members. The showman himself used to specially attend to the needs of his special invitees. However, all that came to an end the day Raj Kapoor bid adieu to the mortal world. The bereaved Kapoor khandaan has since then never celebrated a single Holi. The same holds true for Kareena Kapoor even after marriage. When asked about her plans for Holi, Kareena said, " We don't celebrate Holi anymore. The day my grandfather (Raj Kapoor) died, the colour in lives also left with him. Since then, none of us have celebrated Holi. But I do wish everyone a safe and happy Holi. Well, all we can say is Bollywood has never seen a Holi bash like Raj Kapoor's and never will.
