Kabir Singh and Khushboo Purohit to feature in different episodes of Shapath

Since the last few years, Shapath (Fireworks Productions), on Life OK, has always remained true to its identity of delivering power-packed dose of action and entertainment. Having been revamped over and over again, currently Supercops vs Supervillains, the show has got better and better with the passage of time. This time around, the episodic show, which is said to be a platform for amateur actors to showcase talent, will feature handsome actor Kabir Singh in an important role. A source informs us that Kabir will play an intellectual scientist called Dr. Wiser, who will be ignored by his fellow scientists and researchers. He will be made to feel that his inventions are nothing but a waste of time. He will then take up to being the baddy who will aim to destroy the world. When we contacted Kabir, he confirmed the same and stated, “I cannot reveal the story but I am extremely content doing the show. In the show I essay six looks, a la John Abraham from Dhoom. Having done a few short films earlier I aspire to make it big in both the Bollywood and television industry. When I heard about Shapath, I immediately gave a nod to be a part of it.” The particular episodic will go on air on 28 March. Now, another actor will be featuring in a different episodic of Shapath namely Khushboo Purohit. She was earlier seen as a contestant of Dance India Dance and debuted in acting with Ravi Ojha’s Sasural Genda Phool on Star Plus. We tried to contact Khushboo for more information on the same but she remained unavailable for comment despite repeated attempts.
