The Khatron Ke Khiladi experience is priceless - Kushal Tandon

Kushal Tandon
Everyone knows that the good looking Kushal Tandon took up Colors’ Khatron Ke Khiladi (KKK) (Endemol) amidst much controversy revolving around his injury. And soon news came that the actor has quit the show with the injury becoming grievous. And if you are wondering what actually made Kushal give a nod to the show, here is Kushal unplugged, as he spoke to Tellychakkar.com prior to flying off to South Africa. Back to back reality shows, what made you accept this project? “You see Colors loves me so much (laughs). But the show is such an interesting one and especially a good looking one. And as an actor we normally like adventure and the Rohit Shetty kind of films are loved by all. With flying cars and fire and stunts, this show is going to be one hell of a ride.” “I was going through physiotherapy for the last few weeks to get my injury sorted. And you don’t want to be rejecting all the offers that come your way. And hence when Colors approached me I decided to give it a try,” said the actor. Kushal who had in earlier interviews mentioned that he doesn’t want to do TV, explained why he took up KKR. “See, such kinds of offers come knocking once in a lifetime. And since I am not an adventurous person, this is my chance to touch that side of me through this show. I can’t go to some place and pay to do such stunts; the experience of KKK is going to be priceless. The exposure that we will get is simply superb. And thus for me it’s like I am going on a vacation with Gauahar (Khan) and we will be shooting for some superb stunts along (smiles),” shot back the sexy guy. And finally what do you fear? “All kinds of reptiles! I so detest them. And although I am really excited to do the show, if I won’t be in a mood I might not just do the stunts.” Well, seems like Kushal’s unpredictable mood- swings coupled with his injury led him to quit the show midway.
