Undaunted by Priyanka Chopra’s legal notice forbidding the biopic 67 Days based on Priyanka’s former secretary Prakash Jaju account, the proposed film’s makers are determined to go right ahead with the project.
Actor Aseem Merchant whose production company Limelight Motion Pictures Entertainment Pvt Ltd will produce the film says he has no intention of backing out under legal duress.
Says Aseem, “We don’t succumb to such pressure tactics. We are going ahead with the project. We’ve replied to her legal notice.”
Prakash Jaju whose account will be the crux of the film says, “I’ve sold the rights of my biopic to Limelight a company that’s represented by Aseem Merchant and filmmaker Vikram Razdan. They say they’re going ahead with the project.”
Beyond that Jaju is tight-lipped as he has been asked by Aseem Merchant to not speak.
