MUMBAI : Imlie is one of the most loved and successful shows on television, being among the top 4 shows when it comes to the BARC ratings. The story has taken a major turn with Aryan and Imlie’s death and Imlie season 2 starting.
We saw a huge leap in the show after which Imlie and Cheeni are all grown up.
In the latest episode, we saw Cheeni express her concern to Anu of Atharva leaving his house and she might not get the luxurious life she desires for. Anu explains to her how after some time, Ranas will understand and forgive them. Then all the money and property will be hers.
Rupali overhears all this and gets furious at Anu. She gets angry at Cheeni for planning to hurt Imlie. Cheeni then tells Rupali the truth about Atharav’s feelings for her and Rupali refuses to believe it.
Atharva and Cheeni later meet where Cheeni manipulates Atharva and requests him not to leave his house.
We see Rupali tell Arpita and Sundar about what Cheeni told her. The three plan to make her go away till Imlie’s wedding so Sundar makes Cheeni’s office send the transfer letter.
Atharva comes in and makes her stay.

In the upcoming episode, we will see that Atharva leaves Rathore house worrying about telling everyone the truth. The car does not start and Imlie comes in to help him. She says one of her poetries out loud and says to him that anything done in haste doesn’t work. The car coincidentally starts and Atharva starts to think about Imlie’s poetry. Imlie, trying to hide her identity of Shayra, says that she read it somewhere.
Atharva assumes she is talking about Cheeni. Imlie thinks that she will tell him about her secret identity later.
Cheeni later teases Rupali as her plan fails to send her away. Rupali says that she will keep an eye on her.
Cheeni and Anu later talk about the consequences of telling everyone the truth. Anu again instigates Cheeni against the Rathore family. She tells her that nobody accepted her and they have always loved Imlie more. Anu suggests Cheeni to sit in place of Imlie on the wedding day secretly and that everyone will have to accept once they are married.
Rupali expresses her concern to Arpita and Sundar about Atharva having feelings for Cheeni. She thinks that the way he did not want Cheeni to go to Mumbai is weird. Arpita and Sundar explain to her that he did it for Imlie’s happiness. They say that if Anu is there to make things go wrong, they are there to take care of things.
The next day it is Imlie’s mehendi function. Later, Chini and Imlie get overjoyed when Meethi visits the Rathore house. Meethi remembers the bad old memories when she sees Anu there.
Anu feels that Meethi is not of their standard and decides to make her feel bad. She purposely pushes a waiter towards Meethi and Meethi almost falls but everyone rushes to hold her.
Imlie also gets pushed in the process but someone comes in and holds her too.
What will happen when everyone comes to know about Cheeni and Atharva? Will Imlie’s heart be broken?
