Sasural Simar Ka 2: Disheartening! Oswals get bankrupt, Geetanjali Devi breaks down in tears

MUMBAI: Sasural Simar Ka 2 started with Gitanjali Devi entrusting Simar Bhardwaj with the task of finding an ideal bride for her grandson. Simar's quest ends when she meets her namesake, Simar Narayan, who dreams of making it big as a singer.

The lead cast includes Avinash Mukherjee, Radhika Muthukumar, Karan Sharma, Tanya Sharma and Krutika Desai.

It is seen how Aarav and Simar get together with the family to fight against Dhami. Now, Dhami gets so triggered that she buys Yamini and Samar’s music project and becomes the new producer. Thus, when Simar asks Yamini to break the contract, Dhami now asks for 20 crore rupees as a fine. However, the twist in the tale comes when Geetanjali Devi asks her manager to pay the money but soon finds that she is bankrupt because all the cheques from the company got bounced.

Therefore, the Oswal family refuses to bend down before Dhami and so chooses to leave the Oswal Mansion.
