Previously we saw that Arjun aka Karan announces his wedding to Preeta.
Some goons come and kidnap Sherlyn while it's time for Arjun and Preeta’s wedding.
Prithvi is now in a dilemma as the goons will kill Sherlyn if he doesn’t repay the debt.
Prithvi then asks for some time to pay off the debt.
Thus he makes a major deal with Anjali in return for the money.
