MUMBAI : Udaariyaan: Shocking! Nehmat falls off the bridge; doctor confirm her low chances of survival

Nehmat will get a bad head injury and Sartaj will rush her to the hospital.
Nehmat will be critical and the doctor will confirm that there are less chances of her survival.
Sartaj will be highly distressed.
