MUMBAI: Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has become the longest-running TV show. Abhimanyu and Akshara are winning hearts with their romance. Harshad Chopda plays Abhimanyu while Pranali Rathod portrays the character of Akshara.
In the recent episodes, we have seen Harsh questioning Abhimanyu on how will he treat Akshara and Manjiri as a doctor as his hand is still gravely injured. That forces Abhimanyu to think.
So, after taking a promise from Akshara, Abhimanyu agrees for the surgery.
But he faces a huge shock when he finds a letter from Akshara after he comes back from surgery. She has written that she is leaving him and going away.
That completely shatters his heart and he leaves his medical practice and turns into a Casanova as a result of his hatred towards Akshara.
Seeing her son like this, Manjiri is also heartbroken and thus has begun to hate Akshara.
She sides with Mahima and believes that Akshara left them too for her family.
