Whether dead people see him back is not known at the end of this chilling serial which starts off as a comment on the perils of intricately-manufactured cellphones and ends with a slap-in-the-face comment on the porn industry that, we are told, threatens to destroy the very foundation of our societal structure. It certainly creates havoc in two lives out to have a fun week in azure Fiji. Here’s how.

3G promises to thrill when it releases on 15 March

3G written and directed by Shantanu Ray Chibber and Sheershak Anand is all set to send chills down your spine when it releases on 15 March (2013). Elaborating on the film’s story Sheershak says, “The idea was to do something very different because we have already seen haunted mansions and black magic creating the thrill. And when we wrote the script we were very excited!” Shot in Fiji, the story of <em>3G</em> revolves around a cell phone and how it impacts the lives of a young couple portrayed by Sonal Chauhan and Neil Nitin Mukesh.

Neil Nitin Mukesh ventures into new genre with 3G

Eros International and Next Gen Film’s psychological thriller 3-G, directed by Bejoy Nambiar starring Neil Nitin Mukesh and Sonal Chauhan, is a psychological-horror film that deals with the sixth sense. With this film, Neil has tried his hand in a different genre. “It's easier to get into a comfort zone and do the same predictable scripts. It’s a challenge to crack something different, 3G offers that,” Neil observed. The film recently had a 50-day schedule in the picturesque Fiji Islands. The long gap, away from Bollywood, gave the cast and crew of the film ample time to bond.
