A dangerous man enters the hospital and this puts Abhir and Akshara’s life in trouble. This is only going to make things really bad for Akshara and Abhimanyu.

Abhimanyu will once again face a huge jolt in his career. Previously, Parth joined hands with an oxygen cylinder dealer and will take substandard quality cylinder to make maximum profit. This will lead to a huge chaos in Birla Hospital as Abhimanyu’s patient will start dying due to lack of oxygen.

Parth has created a huge problem for Birla Family and Hospital as he has join hands with wrong people and purchased wrong medical equipment from them that has cost many lives.

Abhimanyu has been feeling uneasy as he loves Akshara but is unable to confess his feelings to her. While Akshara is completely clueless about what is going on in Abhimanyu's mind and his heart.

Parth makes a grave decision. He will be seen shaking hands with few Anti-Social people who are only concerned about making money and don’t value the lives of people around them.

Up until now we have seen Abhimanyu and Akshara going through a troubles together and finally became friends again.

Akshara teams up with Abhimanyu to make Manjiri face her fear of fire. Abhimanyu is falling in love with Akshara once again, but he is silent because he knows that she still loves Abhinav.

Manjiri will go missing from her house, leaving everyone surprised. Abhir will notice her on the roadside and alerts Muskaan but she will be busy following Kairav and hence, doesn’t listen to Abhir.

Things have become really interesting with the family talking about getting Abhimanyu and Akshara back but they both don't this to happen as they have suffered a lot in their past and don't to ruin the friendship they have finally found
