Abhimanyu tells everyone about Akshara’s accident which caused an internal injury and hence the complications. Everyone feels bad for them but Aarohi feels that Akshara spoiled her special day.

Akshara has learned the truth about her condition and is shattered. Aarohi is pregnant and as she sits with Akshara for the ritual, Akshara tells everyone about her condition. 

The show is intensifying as Akshara finds out about her medical condition and breaks down. Aarohi realizes her mistake and later apologizes to Akshara and Abhimanyu. Aarohi’s news leaves Abhimanyu and Akshara shocked. 

Akshara is unable to fathom the truth that Aarohi revealed about Akshara’s pregnancy issues. She is left shattered and later goes missing. She ends up in danger and Abhimanyu panics.

Akshara lashes out at Aarohi for blackmailing Abhimanyu and warns her that she will tell Aarohi’s truth to the family. Aarohi feels furious and reveals the truth about Akshara’s condition to her saying she will have issues while conceiving.

Aarohi mentions the last condition to keep quiet about Akshara is that Abhimanyu names Neil as the new Medical Director of Birla hospital. Akshara slaps Aarohi and she is left shocked.

The reception begins and the Goenka family arrives. Akshara is determined to find out the truth. Mahima questions Aarohi and later on, Abhimanyu feels upset. 

Aarohi is constantly blackmailing Abhimanyu and making him fulfill her demands. Abhimanyu is left shocked after her latest demand and on the other hand, Manjari lashes out at Akshara.

Akshara goes to the Goenka house feeling upset about Abhimanyu not telling her the truth. Aarohi instigates Manjari against Akshara saying that she wants to keep Aarohi away and is not happy about the reception. Manjari asks Akshara to come back home and Akshara refuses. 

Aarohi now knows Akshara’s truth and is constantly trying to take advantage of it. She is after Abhimanyu to fulfill her bizarre demands. She makes another demand and Akshara is left furious. She goes back to the Goenka house.
