Sakshi tells Manav about what really happened and he breaks down. Sakshi hugs him to console him while Meera who was standing there feels insecure witnessing it.

Akansha and Vaibhav join hand to ruin Manav and get Holkar industries, and thus kidnap Yatho and by making Yashoda give him sleeping pills

Holkar gets to know from Meera that Manav got the legal papers of Niharika's property from Vaibhav. He remembers his accusations as to how he told Manav that he was not giving enough attention to work.

Holkar shouts at Manav and humiliates him because of which Manav leaves the Job. Vaibhav celebrates it but much to his shock, he gets arrested.

Later, Manav fails to keep a balance between his personal life and his professional life. This makes Holkar angry.

Poor Manav does not know what happened to Yatho and he tries to talk to him. Yatho is frustrated and he confronts Manav if he kicked Sakshi out of their house to get Meera in.

Yatho will be broken and he will try to force her to stay but Sakshi will not listen to him.

Yatho wants to unite Manav and Sakshi and thus makes a masterplan to convince them for marriage

Vaibhav wants to trick and trap Akansha and link her up with the photographer guy. Vaibhav feels his plan is succeeding, but Babli reveals Vaibhav's real plan to Akansha.
