Delays, postponement have become the order of the day for television, especially in the aftermath of the strike. However, producer Ajai Sinha had to face other external factor that has delayed the shoot of his untitled show for NDTV Imagine. Apparently, the chilling temperatures in Chandigarh have forced the production house to alter their schedule.

It is reported that director Ajai Sinha is all set to make another show for Sahara One after the success of their show <em>Ghar Ek Sapna</em>. According to our sources the name of the show is <em> Unchui</em> and Ajai wants to rope in actress Niki Aneja for the lead role.
It may be recalled that Niki (said to be Madhuri Dixit’s look alike) has previously played the lead in Ajai’s,<em> Astitva,</em> where she essayed the role of a doctor called Simran who was in love with a man much younger than her.

Seems director Ajai Sinha is hell-bent to maket his Sahara One show, <em> Ghar Ek Sapna ek dum masaledar</em>. After weaving an item number,<em> kajra re</em> in one of his initial episode, he's now busy canning a mujra!
A lavish set for the dance act had been erected at Future Studios' in suburban Mumbai, where a European style house was remodelled to suffice the requirement.

After churning popular shows like <em> Hasratein</em> and <em> Astitiva Ek Prem Kahani </em> for Zee, producer - director Ajai Sinha has now shifted his loyalties to Sahara One as he comes up with a new show, <em> Ghar Ek Sapna</em>.

Hasratein, <em>Justajoo</em> and <em>Astitva</em> --- dealing with complex human relationships seems to be his forte. Ajai Sinha, the creator of these critically acclaimed serials has taken on new faces for <em>Astitva</em>, which will take a leap on 15 March.
"They have energy and enthusiasm --- the sets come alive with their performance," says Ajai Sinha, adding that they were his find, specially, Abbas Khan, who will play Swapnil, Dr Manas' son. Yuvika Chaudhary, who won the title of India's Best Face in the competition, will play Dr. Simran's daughter (Neha and Abhi's Gudia).
