When Anuj and Anupama hear about Choti Anu’s situation, they immediately rush to the hospital as they are gripped with the fear of losing their lovely daughter.

Anuj will be angry at Baa interference in everything and tell Anupamaa to choose sides as he cannot bear to see his daughter take the brunt of it all. 

Now that Lakshmi has divorced Rishi, she is single and thus Balwinder enters her life once again. Rishi and Lakhmi however have that heart to heart connection even though they are separated. 

Just like Manjiri and Aarohi, Abhimanyu will also be against Akshara due to Neil’s death. Abhimanyu will divorce Akshara and ask her to leave his house. 

Virat meets a couple in the bus who have endured another tragic bus accident in which Sai and Vinayak were also there. The couple talks to Virat about how a lady helped them during that tragic event and they will never forget that woman.

Pakhi goes to the Kapadia house to apologize to Adhik after their fight but instead sees him having a good time with Dimple. She is angry at him for not trying to mend things after they had their little tiff. 

Anisha decides to leave. Neil and Paarth try to stop her but she doesn't. Just then Anand and Mahima come there and ask her to leave because they are ashamed of her. Manjari and Harshvardhan try to convince Mahima and Anand but in vain.

Abhimanyu gives Anisha a doll that they recall was Anisha's and Abhimanyu had fixed it for her. He tells her that he wants the fees of his first surgery which he performed on her doll and asks her to stay. Anisha agrees and he then takes her inside.

Manish asks them why did they call him. Aarohi and Akshara then realise Abhimanyu are not there and Aarohi tells Manish that he has pain in his arms and he has not even informed them. Akshara too tells him that they were discussing that. Abhimanyu realises that Manish is very stressed but is confident that together Akshara and Aarohi will take care of him.
