Director's Kut's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, on Star Plus, just witnessed a track wherein Naitik (Karan Mehra) is shown getting back to being stable after regaining consciousness. Looks like the upcoming episodes will witness loads of drama as it will be replete with festive flavor.
