Harshvardhan and Manish get into an argument because of Anisha, while Abhimanyu, Akshara and Kairav finally reach Birlas place. Manish's revelation makes Mahima doubt whether it is Abhimanyu and Akshara's plan but Aarohi and Vansh ask to keep Akshara away from all this. Anisha is still quite what will happen when Kairav will also confess?

Birlas are left in shock when Manish reveals that Anisha came to their place claiming that she loves Kairav and they have been in a relationship. When they came to know that she is Birla's daughter they decided to bring her back home and then ask them the reason behind hiding the truth about Anisha for so long.

Abhimanyu sits on a swing to clean his shoes when Akshara comes there and tells him that she was missing him a lot and is glad he is here. She asks him if something is troubling him and tells him that everything will be fine. They then spend some quality time together. Later Abhimanyu sees Anisha at the fair and leaves.

Akshara misses Abhimanyu and is heard saying that it would have been great if he was here. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu reaches the fair and gets a call from Anisha. He tells her that he will call her back but she hears in the background that he is at the fair and goes there to meet him.

Akshara calls Abhimanyu again and asks him to meet but Abhi has already decided to meet Kairav, he tries to avoid the question and texts her that he will call her soon after his work is done. Aarohi tells Akshu to ask him what is going on but Akshu says that she completely trusts him.

Akshara tells him that she will call him later, and goes to the room where Anisha and Kairav are. Anisha tells her that she accidentally came to this room. Abhimanyu calls Anisha and asks her to leave the Goenka house asap. Anisha tells Akshara that she is feeling better and should leave.

Anisha goes to pick up a call and Akshara feels Abhimanyu is not happy that she came. She tells him that she has some work and leaves from there. Abhimanyu hugs her before she leaves. Later, he tells Neil that he is with Anisha.

She then calls up his landline and Manjari picks it up. She tells her that though everyone is against them now, they will soon understand their love. She then tells him that Abhimanyu left for the camp early in the morning. Akshara then calls Neil who tells her that he is going to meet Abhimanyu at a location sent by him. He asks Akshara to come with him.

Akshara asks him if he has really thought it through, to which Abhimanyu tells her that he became a doctor to help the needy and he can do that anywhere. Akshara then asks him if that is all that is disturbing him. Abhimanyu remembers Anisha's incident and wants to share it with her but just then he gets a call for the surgery, and he leaves.

Hardhvardhan asks him why he always keeps threatening them but Abhimanyu tells him that this time he is doing it and as for the reason for his resignation, he asked Harshvardhan to put his name. Abhimanyu tells Manjari to not stop him this time. He tells them that he has a few pending surgeries left and he will leave once it's done.
