We see that Pakhi’s uterus was removed due to complications and risk of death and now, she is very sad over the fact that she will never bear a child. Pakhi’s mood has drifted to moroseness.

We see that Sai will soon learn of the big fight between Karishma and Mohit because of which Karishma left the house. Bhavani will once again think Sai is behind this.

Sai finds some information about the accident and a child being brought to the orphanage and he was also adopted. Sai frantically inquires about the child but the lady doesn’t have the authority to give the information.

Pakhi is shocked to know that Virat permitted the operation. She tells him that he has already killed her by removing a part of her body. Virat tried to make her understand why he made the choice.

Pakhi is enraged learning about there being more people involved and confronts everyone present about who all were involved in the decision. When she learns that Sai was involved too, she starts blaming her for depriving the opportunity of being a mother.

Now, we see that Bhavani and Sai are arguing again and she insinuated that Sai forgot her dead son. However, Sai breaks down and tells her that she is still incomplete without her son.

Virat is at the orphanage once again and is shown Vinayak’s sweater. He remembers the history of that sweater and the head informs him that Vinayak was adopted by none other than him. Virat is stunned to hear this.

Virat is at the orphanage once again to look for his lost son and the head informs him that they know about two kids and since one of the kids was brought in on a Tuesday, he was named Vinayak.

Sahiba is excited to know that Sai is a doctor. Sai too is happy to see how Sahiba is helping out the patients with the means of her art. Later, as Sahiba goes to Sai’s home on her insistence since she doesn’t have a place to stay, she sees Kamal’s picture in Sai’s room.
