Aadhya is back to normal, Shruti and Anuj comfort her. Anuj is wondering to know the reason Aadhya changed her behavior and is no longer willing to share the same.

Anupama favored Shah Parivar over Choti, Aadhya is once again at her most hateful point. She does not want Anupama to return to her life as a result of this.

Anuj runs to meet Anupama but unfortunately he meets an accident.

In America, Anuj and Anupama finally meet up near Spice and Chutney. Anuj confesses his love for Anupama which he always loves her and will only love her.

Anupama will be kicked out of the restaurant she is working in and this will leave her aimless on the streets of America. Apparently Anuj and Anupama will finally come face to face with each other.

Kavya is now seen living with Vanraj as his wife, but Mahi, Kavya's daughter, is still hated by Vanraj since she is Anirudh's blood.

Shruti's daughter Aadhya loves Indian food, so she will ask Anupama to bring some over for dinner. When Aadhya sees Anupama at home, she becomes anxious since she doesn't want Anupama to re-enter her life.
