Rishi and Malishka are living in false marriage relationship. They are not having any husband and wife relation where Neelam now learns this big truth. Neelam is much angry on Rishi as she also learns the big fact that Rishi has not forgotten Laxmi yet and he still loves her.

ZEE TV's Bhagyalaxmi takes an intriguing turn as Laxmi, in a special birthday celebration for Neelam, unveils a gesture of love. However, Malishka's sinister plans add a dark twist to the festivities.

Rishi is missing Lakshmi where he gets the intution of her being in deep pain. Rishi thus decides to pack a tiffin for her and reach to see Lakshmi soon. However Lakshmi is really in pain where she is been given shock treatments.

Lakshmi will be taken for her treatment while Rishi watches helplessly. He will see his dad Virendra and hug him emotionally, asking him if Lakshmi will be fine.

Rishi and Lakshmi are welcomed in Oberoi Mansion where Neelam also accepts the married couple. Now, before getting married, Lakshmi decides to confess the truth of Malishka and get her punished.

Malishka will be all set to marry Rishi and make arrangements for the big day. While Malishka and Rishi are ready in bridal outfits, Lakshmi will make a n entry, also in a bridal avatar.

Rishi returns back to Oberoi Mansion where Neelam welcomes him home. Rishi is happy to come back to his mother Neelam where Neelam is also excited and happy with the development in their life.

Rishi and Lakshmi running away from the goons. Thereof Rishi sees Lakshmi eloping away from him without any notice while he gets confused. As it turns out Lakshmi has been tracked by some goons who want to sell Lakshmi for sake of money.

Rishi and Lakshmi are back at their own house after the troubles and accident. Thereof the troubles are still chasing Rishi and Lakshmi as the duo meet the goon Raja with clashes. So far, Rishi sees Raja has taken Lakshmi to make a bid on her for the sake of money that concerns him.
