Raj Kundra was arrested on July 19 last year along with 11 other people in a case related to pornographic content. He was released on bail in September.

The month of July ended on a rather bleak and worrisome note for Shilpa Shetty Kundra and family as her husband Raj Kundra was taken into custody for his involvement in the case of allegedly producing and distributing hotshot videos through mobile apps in 2021.

As per the latest reports, the public prosecutor sought some time to take further decisions on the matter, owing to which Kundra has been granted interim protection from arrest by the Bombay High Court till 25th August 2021.
