For actress <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/chahat-khanna-do-jai-maa-vaishno-devi>Chahat Khanna</a>, life seems to have turned a full circle! The pretty girl who started her career with films had moved on to television within some time. And she did make a success with her performances in shows like <em>Kumkum, Kaajal</em> and <em>Jai Maa Vaishno Devi</em>.

Director Gul Khan who has been associated with some hit shows like <em> Shaheen, Rishtey</em> and <em> Sanjeevani </em> is turning producer with her debut show which will have Rahil Azam and Chahat Khanna as leads. The show will be aired on NDTV Imagine and the production house is named Pentad Films.

Chahat Khanna who became popular as <em> Kumkum</em>’s daughter Ashka Wadhva, is back to the world of television after her show <em> Kaajal </em> went off-air in December, 2007. The cute looking actress is back after a three month break with Creative Eye’s <em> Jai Maa Vaishno Devi ,</em> on 9X. Chahat will be a part of the show for 12 episodes. Talking about her character she says, “I am playing Sunaina, wife to Shreedhar, who are great disciples of Goddess Vaishno. There will be two stories running simultaneously, one will be a mythological tale and other would be a social story.”
