Manish Nawani, guest editor for Tellychakkar.com, took a snappy interview of Kanika Kotnala who plays his onscreen sister in Channel V's The Buddy Project (Sunshine Productions). When asked as to how she got into acting, she replied, “It happened by chance that I got into acting. I had never wanted to become an actor.” Regarding her fan following on the show she was modest and honest. “Only my close friends and family members are saying that I am doing well. I am not getting any reviews from elsewhere.”

Zee TV’s Hitler Didi (Trilogy Media Pvt. Ltd) as we know, was about to take an 18 years leap, sometime in the month of May 2013. However, when the central actors Rati Pandey and Sumit Vats declined to be part of the leap, the plan was cancelled by the makers and the channel.

Just like the rest of the cast of Channel V’s <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/will-fighting-cease-buddy-project>The Buddy Project</a> (Sunshine Productions), Sonal Vengurlekar too was finalised to play an important role in the show post the leap however, her entry got delayed. But now this actress, who was last seen in <em>Kuch Toh Log Kahenge</em> in Sony TV, is all set to make her grand entry in the serial.
