Channel V’s high-profile and most talked about show The Serial, co produced by Lost Boy Productions and Balaji Telefilms, is all set to hit the screens from November 26 (2012). It will take up the 8 pm slot and will also see a repeat telecast at 5.30 pm. The series, which will provide a sneak peek into the real lives of renowned TV celebs, has already created a buzz in the market.

Cinevistaas’ youth centric show BFF which is to air on channel V has got its final telecast date. Yes, the wait is over for all those who have been craving for this story of friendship and betrayal to hit the screens. As per a reliable source this show will see light from 3 December 2012.

Fahad Ali, who is currently seen as KD on Channel V’s The Buddy Project, had a family moment on the sets recently that the actor just can’t get over it. As per a source, recently Fahad’s family, that stays at Dehradun, had come down to Mumbai to visit him. And during their stay here, the actor planned to take them on the sets of the show. This was for the first time when Fahad took his family on sets in spite of being in the industry for quite some time. Incidentally, Fahad has done shows like Balika Vadhu, Bairi Piya and Betab Dil Ki Tamanna.

Mohit Malik is quite kicked about his big ticket fashion designer character, RC, in Channel V show Suvreen Guggal - Topper of the Year. “The best thing I like about RC is that he is very realistic. Unlike other GEC (General Entertainment Channel) properties where the characters are shown only at home here we showcase him both at his workshop and house. And his behavior is poles apart at both locations like any other ordinary person.”

Channel V’s <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/cheshta-bhagat-go-missing-buddy-project>The Buddy Project</a>, of Sunshine Productions, will see an inter-school competition. This particular competition has been designed on the lines of Dharma Productions’ <em>Student Of The Year</em>. Hence, there will be a dance and a singing competition, a quiz contest and a treasure hunt. And if sources are to be believed, the cast will be shooting around Mumbai for the treasure hunt from 16 November (2012).

Cinevistaas’ next on Channel V titled BFF has been in news for quite some time now. Indeed jovial news for the fans. But the latest we have learnt is that the show’s main female lead, <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/lifestyle/i-dont-follow-any-trend-and-i-keep-it-simple-and-comfortable-abigail-jain>Abigail Jain</a> aka Sia Dhillon, has taken to her bed due to dengue.

Choreographer Nishant Bhatt has featured in quite a few dance reality shows on Indian television, having participated thrice in <em>Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa</em>. And now, spreading wings, he is all set to put on his acting boots and enact a cameo Balaji Telefilms’ and Lost Boy Productions’ <em><a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/syed-zafar-ali-gumrah>Gumrah</a></em> (Channel V and Star Plus).
