Daljit Kaur of Kulvaddhu fame has bagged a new show on Star Plus. She'll be playing one of the leads in Shakuntalam's Santaan. Beside this, she also has a Star One's Choona Hai Aasmaan.
"I'm playing the role of Suhana, who is very much like me. Santaan is a show which portrays the relation of a parent with its child. It has a strong message for the current generation" says Daljit.
Recreation is a word that's become almost alien to our round-the clock working tellystars. Working at odd hours in closed doors seldom gives them a chance to intake fresh air. It's only when they shoot outdoors that they heave a sigh of relief.
Her long wait has finally paid off…..and how! Daljit Kaur aka Niyati of Kulvaddhu fame has been roped in for not just one, but two major shows. The first project is Star Plus' Chuna Hain Aasmaan - a sequel to Saara Akaash, opposite none other than the dashing Iqbal Khan and the second one's a thriller, Ek Din Achanak to be aired on a premiere channel.
