After a rollercoaster of events, Faltu finally gets her eye surgery done and gets her eyesight back. Sid will brainwash Tanisha against Faltu so she will get separated from Ayaan.

Now, we see that Faltu is upset over the injustice happening with her father and wants to console him and protect him. She tells jiji that just because Charan doesn’t have a son, doesn’t mean he is childless and she will stand up for him.

We see that Tanisha encourages Faltu to join the academy and while Faltu is more than happy to do so, she sees that she has no support from Ayaan and thinks about Tanisha. She doesn’t want to get in the way of Ayaan and Tanisha’s relationship.

Now, Tanisha is dedicatedly taking care of Ayaan after he returns home and Ayaan is grateful for the same. Sid later confronts Tanisha and talks to her that Ayaan has more than one reason for hating Faltu and love being one of those.

Now, we see that Ayaan wakes up and gains consciousness. The doctor informs everyone that he is out of danger but he shouldn’t take much stress.

Faltu spits out her feelings herself towards Mat Sahab (Ayaan) in the heat of an emotional breakdown, eyeing him to have met with an accident. Faltu is unaware for Ayaan to be putting up an act to force her to reveal the reality and repenting for hurting him.

Faltu comes to Ayaan’s room, and apologizes to him for not telling him earlier that she had lost her eyesight. Faltu then holds Ayaan’s hand and expresses her love for him, saying that he is the only one in her heart. Just then, Ayaan begins to move and Faltu is shocked.

Now, we see that Kanika tells Tanisha to call her and not hesitate if she needs anything. Tanisha furiously tells Sid that she has to listen to all the harsh words because of Faltu and she is being blamed for everything.
