Ayaan married Tanisha not because he loves her but because of pressure and obligation. Ayaan however is fulfilling his duties, responsibilities as well as rituals of the marriage to the best of his abilities.

Faltu rushes to the hospital after she is unable to see. Ayaan is devastated to know that Faltu has lost her eyesight. The male doctor treating Faltu becomes her major anchor in life and he takes good care of her. 

Faltu loses her way after her loss of vision. Some young people then help her reach the hospital. A male doctor helps Faltu stay at the hospital and takes good care of her. 

Faltu is extremely stressed as she suddenly loses her vision. Ayaan stops his wedding to Faltu and things get even worse for her when the doctor who is operating on her cannot guarantee if her vision will be restored. 

Faltu arrives at the hospital in the bride’s attire. She is suddenly unable to see anything and it feels like she has lost her sight. Later, when Ayaan will see Faltu, he will learn about her condition. He will then feel bad about blaming her. 

Ayaan is now married to Tanisha but somehow he keeps thinking of Faltu and the sindoor in her hairline. The following day however, Faltu and Ayaan come face to face in the temple.
