Ekam and Harleen are now parents to their little daughter, Aaliya. They are leading a happy family life. Meanwhile, Nehmat is seen working as a teacher in a school. Sartaj is still with her and wants to marry her, but she still hasn't accepted his proposal.

Nehmat's pregnancy due date is getting close and with that even her complications get worse. Sartaj wants Nehmat to take care of her and her baby and trust God. However, Nehmat cannot hold on anymore and decides to give her baby to Ekam and Harleen.

Ekam and Nehmat part ways from each other and start life afresh with Harleen and Sartaj respectively. While Ekam is busy with Harleen, Sartaj proposes Nehmat and desires to become the father of her child.

Things get extremely emotional with Ekam and Nehmat’s separation as Ekam finally thinks of giving his marriage a second chance and therefore reveals to Harleen how he forced Nehmat to be with him even though he was married to Harleen.

Ekam and Nehmat meet each other to take the decision of their future. Nehmat has decided to hide her pregnancy from Ekam and move on in her life with Sartaj. Thus, she makes Ekam understand that they were never meant to be together and that his destiny is connected to Harleen.
