Actor Zareen Khan's advocate Rizwan Siddiquee has said that she plans to file a case against the cop who was involved in the case of cheating involving his client. The statement came a day after a Kolkata court cancelled the arrest warrant it had earlier issued against the actor.

Now, Zareen has been absolved of the arrest warrant issued against her by a Kolkata court. The warrant has now been revealed to be fraudulent and misleading statements by the investigating officer.

After the investigating officer submitted a charge sheet, the Sealdah court issued the arrest warrant. Despite numerous summonses, Zareen failed to show up in court or submit a plea of not guilty to bail, which resulted in the creation of the warrant.

The actress was recently hospitalized and gave a health update to her social media fans.

She recorded her statement before the Delhi High court where she denied having anything to do with con artist Sukesh Chandrasekhar.
