All three were promising contestants and they managed to survive the tough conditions on an island in Philippines coast and sealed their positions in the final three (there were 22 contestants in the show) Now, yesterday (7 March 2012) the show’s finale was shot wherein the seven panel jury members consisting of eliminated contestants voted and announced the name of the winner.

After Minissha Lamba doing an episodic in <em> Chhoona Hai Aasmaan,</em> it is Juhi Chawla who is coming down to television to promote her upcoming film <em> Bhoothnath. </em> The actress is doing an episodic in <em> Baa, Bahoo Aur Baby.</em> Producer JD Majethia says, “Juhi is coming to promote <em> Bhoothnath</em> by being a part of the show for one episode. But viewers will not feel that she is just come to promote her movie, she will be an inevitable part of the show. Her character is very well woven in the show.”

With five shows running and three of them being on top JD Majethia is one happy producer. Hats Off production is producing five serials namely <em> Baa Bahoo Aur Baby </em> on Star Plus, <em> Jasuben Jayantilal Joshi Ki Joint Family</em> and <em> Ek Packet Umeed</em> on NDTV Imagine, <em> Remote Control</em> on 9X, <em> Chaldi Da Naam Gaddi</em> on Zee.

Producer-actor JD Majethia has added another feather to his cap, after he was conferred with the title of <em> ‘Maharathi’ </em> of the Gujarati community at a function held in Mumbai recently. The actor-cum-producer got acknowledged for making a big contribution to Gujarati cinema and theatre along with the television industry. JD Majethia says, "This award is equivalent to a Lifetime achievement award and last year Paresh Rawal was presented this prestigious title.”

It was party time for JD Majethia. On a professional high JD had more than one reason to celebrate. It was not only his birthday but also the launch of his new serial, <em> Ek Packet Umeed</em>. Hats Off production house’s co-producer JD celebrated this event with his family, friends and the media. The producer threw a lavish party which was attended by his friends Shefali Shah, Sakshi Tanwar, Swaroop Sampat and the cast of his serials. Also present at the occasion were Sarita Joshi, Satish Shah, Rakhi Sawant, Nandini Singh and JD’s business partners Aatish Kapadia and Deven Bhojani.

Vaishali Thakkar aka traditional bahu Pravina is no longer a part of <em> Baa Bahu aur Baby</em>. Although, the actress entered the show with a lot of expectations, her role seems to have lost its track and she is completely out of the picture now. Initially, she used to shoot for 20 days a month and gradually stopped shooting for the show. She tried to do something different by portraying positive and humorous character of Pravina in Baa… But, somewhere something went terribly wrong and her character in the show did not shape up the way she had expected.

Aatish Kapadia who pens the highly popular daily soap<em> Baa Bahu Aur Baby</em> of Hats Off Productions, has crossed a milestone in his scripting career. Apparently news has it that he has crossed the 1700 episode mark, which comprises 1000 odd episodes of<em> Ek Mahal Ho Sapno Ka,</em> and the rest scored for<em> Khichdi, Sarabhai v/s Sarabhai</em> and <em>Baa bahu Aur Baby</em> together. And it goes without saying; all three serials have been primetime success stories!
