The stars are simply not shining for Kumar Sanu. With his Bollywood career all but over, the singer was looking to reinvent himself through the small screen. Kumar Sanu was to take part in Sahara One's musical reality show Jhoom, however the singer has now turned down the request.

Chavi Mittal, who was roped in to play one of the cadets in<em> Left Right Left,</em> has now opted out of the show. The show's shoot was slated to start in September but got delayed as Chavi walked out at the last minute. Chavi says, "I'm no more a part of <em>LRL.</em> I had agreed to do the show earlier, but then there were certain issues. Firstly, I couldn't relate to my character. Plus, I didn't have the required dates.
