Sakshi tells Manav about what really happened and he breaks down. Sakshi hugs him to console him while Meera who was standing there feels insecure witnessing it.

Holkar gets to know from Meera that Manav got the legal papers of Niharika's property from Vaibhav. He remembers his accusations as to how he told Manav that he was not giving enough attention to work.
