The Doctor tells Aaditya that Jhanak has a tumor in her stomach and that they must operate on it because they must have misunderstood it regarding the pregnancy.

Jhanak will find out that, despite not being pregnant, she has an abdominal tumor that requires emergency medical care. She is going to be feeling confused over not being Anirudh's child's mother.

When Arshi tells Anirudh that she is going to Dubai for her performance, she asks him to go with her, and he gets excited to hear her.

Jhanak will be afraid as she has terrible abdominal pain and feels she will pass away. She wants Aditya to take care of her.

Jhanak gets seriously ill because of her abdominal pain and the various experiences she is having within her body. Jhanak requests that Aditya take care of her baby since she does not want her child to experience what she did.

Because of Jhanak's critical condition, Aditya Kapoor would have to let Anirudh know about it. Aditya would also ask Anirudh to visit Mumbai as soon as possible because Jhanak is in danger.

Jhanak and Anirudh argue over the baby once again while Anirudh gets annoyed by her allegations. She assures him that one day, he will regret it, he will come to her and apologize.

When the relatives of Lalon find that Appu struggles with mental illness, they are all shocked and start to make fun of her. Mrinalini defends Appu by praising her as a person.

Jhanak promises Anirudh that she will leave him and that she wants to make sure he doesn't suffer any longer as a result of her. However, Anirudh tells her that he is happy that she will be leaving him because it is bothering him to always see her in front of him.

Anirudh apologizes to Jhanak saying that maybe his father doesn’t deserve respect. He feels guilty for hurting her feelings once again.
