Nehmat's pregnancy due date is getting close and with that even her complications get worse.

As Nehmat discovers the complications surrounding her pregnancy, she realizes the immense significance of the pregnancy in her own life. The new hope she received with the news of her baby's arrival has become her driving force, giving her a reason to keep going.

Ekam and Nehmat part ways from each other and start life afresh with Harleen and Sartaj respectively. While Ekam is busy with Harleen, Sartaj proposes Nehmat and desires to become the father of her child.

Things get extremely emotional with Ekam and Nehmat’s separation as Ekam finally thinks of giving his marriage a second chance and therefore reveals to Harleen how he forced Nehmat to be with him even though he was married to Harleen.

Ekam and Nehmat meet each other to take the decision of their future. Nehmat has decided to hide her pregnancy from Ekam and move on in her life with Sartaj. Thus, she makes Ekam understand that they were never meant to be together and that his destiny is connected to Harleen.

Ekam and Nehmat are already at loggerheads and now, Sartaj snatches the property from the Randhawas. Moving on, when Naaz vents out her anger in the kitchen, unfortunately, the gas pipeline cuts off.

Nehmat finds out about her pregnancy but keeps it a secret from Ekam so as to stay away from him and protect Harleen’s marital life. However, Nehmat gets stuck amid the kitchen, where the gas pipeline is cut off.
