The popular Doordarshan soap <em> Kashmakash Zindagi Ki </em> has created a history of sorts on the national network by completing 300 episodes. Says producer Ashok Wadhwa, "The biggest USP of our serial is its sensitive treatment and depiction of the animosity between the female protagonists and how this animosity has its own impact on the personal as well as the professional relationships between the various members in the family." The serial boasts of an impressive star cast comprising of Sudha Chandran, Deepshikha, Kishwar Merchant, Anang Desai, Uttara Baokar, Snighda Pandey.

The actor who started his career with Shanti is all set to enter the show as a rich business man who lost his wife to illness and has a six year old daughter.
