Nandini Singh is back

Nandini Singh who did Sanjay Dutt and Govinda starrer <em> Ek Aur Ek Gyarah</em> made her mark on television with Balaji's <em> Kesar</em>. She essayed the role of <em> Kesar</em>, the protagonist on the show and eventually became a household name. Nandini then decided to quit the show to take a break from her tight shooting schedule. Now the actress is back in the industry with <em> Sssh Phir Koi Hai</em>.

Amit as con man

Amit Dolawat who rose to fame as Kay Kay in <em> Kesar</em> is grinning from ear to ear. After the success of his last show <em> Saat Phere </em> as Sridhar, he’s entered as Dev in Zee’s<em> Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyaan</em>. And he is a happy man. “It’s a very different role. Nikhil Arya all set to strike back !

Nikkhil Arya, who had created quite a few ripples when he quit Balaji's noon soap, Kesar, is now a happy man essaying negative shades in yet another Balaji primetime soap,<em> Kasturi</em> (Star Plus). "I play a very dapper villain, also called Nikhil. The best part is that you really hate him for he is the epitome of evil. He is a ghar jamia, but even that does not stop him from having a keep (Pooja played by Amita Chandekar) on the sly," says this ex -model and music video artist.

Sangam might replace Kesar

Fox Productions is coming up with another serial called <em>Sangam</em> for Star Plus. No sooner did it announce its debut serial <em>Meri Awaaz Ko Sun Lo</em>, Fox Productions has another in its kitty but is keeping it under wraps. The buzz goes that this show might go on to replace <em>Kesar.</em>

Kesar dons a young avatar

A few months ago there were rumours of the show being taken off air, but looks like the new starcast has added a breath of fresh air to <em>Kesar</em>. Along with celebrating a special event on the 27th of this month, the Balaji show is also in for a major shift in the track and narrative. The occasion in the script is Shweta Chaudhary aka Muskaan's birthday. (Kesar's daughter who doesn't know about the whereabouts of her mother who had left her fifteen years before) and to celebrate it a bash is organized.

Yash -Gauri all geared up for the NB 2 finale

"The storyline of Kesar will witness major twists" - Prachi

It has been almost two months since Prachi Shah replaced Nandini Singh and bagged the pivotal role in Star Plus's <em>Kesar</em>. And so far things have been looking better for the show. So we decided to pay a visit on the sets and viola, there was celebration in the air! It was leading lady Prachi's birthday and the whole cast and crew got together to make the actor feel special. Accompanied by husband Vishwwaas Paandya, Prachi took time between the shots to do the cake cutting ceremony.

Nasir takes to direction!

Nasir has not been seen on television of late and that's because the actor is searching for the right role to come his way. But this hasn't stopped Nasir from experimenting with other things like theatre and event management. The actor has so far acted in plays and is now directing two plays and scripting the third one besides getting enough projects for his event management company which has been around for almost a year but is now getting its due.
