Shilpa Tulaskar is very much in news these days. After bagging Star Plus’ Khamoshiyaan, she was roped in for Life OK’s <em>Devon Ke Dev… Mahadev</em> to essay a prominent role. And the latest we have heard is that the actress has been chosen for the next episode of <em>Lakhon Mein Ek</em> airing on Star Plus produced by Big Synergy. In this episode, Shilpa will essay the role of a single mother of two daughters. The story, which has a Kanpur backdrop, will have a plot in which these three ladies (mother and two daughters) will face problems from their uncle due to property issues.

Tellychakkar.com had earlier reported about National Award winning Director Rahul Dholakia directing the opening episode of Big Synergy’s <em>Lakhon Mein Ek</em> on Star Plus. We now hear that ace director cum actor Anant Mahadevan has been roped in as the director for an upcoming episode of the series which will deal with the story of color discrimination.

Director of Big Synergy, Anil Kaul Basu is a happy woman with two big shows like Lakhon Mein Ek and Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC) season 6 in her kitty. While Lakhon Mein Ek is being aired on Star Plus on Sundays at 11 am, KBC will start airing in the weekend slot from Friday to Sunday at 8.30 pm on Sony Entertainment Channel starting 7 September (2012). This season will also be anchored by Amitabh Bachchan.

Earlier in the day we wrote about actors Shashank Sharma and Mayank Arora being a part of Star Plus’ Lakhon Mein Ek (produced by Big Synergy). Now the latest we have learnt is that in this Sunday’s (19 August 2012) episode will present its viewers another story that will showcase the courage and dedication of a woman. The veteran actress Reema Lagoo will be seen in the which will showcase a rather unique story of widow remarriage.

But the actor thereafter suffered from conjunctivitis and could not shoot for the episode, which was supposed to be the first one to air. The entire sequence got postponed due to Yashpal being unwell.
