Television’s renowned shows <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/cast-and-crew-diya-aur-baati-hum-celebrate-valentines-day-sets>Diya Aur Baati Hum</a> on Star Plus, and <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/rk-and-madhu-come-face-face-and-have-valentines-day-moment-madhubala>Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon</a> on Colors walked away with the cake at the recently held Apsara Producers’ Guild Awards. The awards event that commemorates extraordinary achievements in both cinema and television was held at the Yash Raj Studios on 16 February 2013.

Earlier in the day, Tellychakkar.com wrote about the lead pair of Colors’ <em>Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon,</em> Vivian Dsena and Drashti Dhami taking a break from their busy schedules. We even had a word with producer Saurabh Tewari who said that they had a good bank of episodes ready to entertain the viewers. So what is in store? We dug out more.

The lead actress of Colors’ show <em>Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon,</em> Drashti Dhami, was recently seen taking a break from the regular shoots to do a photo-shoot for a magazine. She was seen in a refreshingly new avatar sans the Indian girl look in the show and was also seen having a great time romancing the camera.

Colors’ Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon, produced by Nautanki Telefilms and BAG Films has seen some high-intensity drama with RK (Vivian Dsena) being shot during the Ganpati Visarjan. The episodes thereafter indicated that the love story of RK and Madhu (Drashti Dhami) is surely on its way!! The Karvachauth episode which will be aired in the coming week will only add to the romantic angle in the show. And if sources are to be believed, there will be a major love confession coming from either RK or Madhu…

Producer Saurabh Tewari of Nautanki Telefilms is a happy man as his big ticket Colors show, <em>Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon</em> is doing well. He says, "2.8 TVR is no mean task given the stiff competition at the 8.30 pm slot where shows like <em>Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah</em> on SAB TV and <em>Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hain</em> on Star Plus being consistent. Also look at the consistent numbers that we are contributing to the Colors GRP when compared to what <em>Veer Shivaji</em> (Madhubala replaced this historical) was delivering."

The intrigue element in Colors’ <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/kiran-karmarkar-was-colors-first-choice-play-madhubalas-father-balraj-chaudhary>Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon</a> has been pressed upon with someone attempting to kill RK (<a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/i-feel-rockstar-playing-rk-madhubala-vivian-dsena>Vivian Dsena</a>). Viewers will get to see the face of the shooter this week, when the man tries to make yet another attempt to kill RK.

Yesterday (1 October 2012) it was reported in the media that RK (<a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/i-feel-rockstar-playing-rk-madhubala-vivian-dsena>Vivian Dsena</a>) will get shot in the Ganpathi Visarjan sequence on Colors’ <em><a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/rk-defends-madhu-first-time-madhubala-ek-ishq-ek-junoon>Madhubala- Ek Ishq Ek Junoon</a></em> (Nautanki Telefilms and BAG Films). However, the plot will further thicken from here on.

RK (<a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/i-feel-rockstar-playing-rk-madhubala-vivian-dsena>Vivian Dsena</a>), the tough guy is finally showing signs of melting down when it comes to Madhu (<a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/star-gazing/will-drashti-dhami-and-gurmeet-choudhary-come-together-again-create-magic-small-screen>Drashti Dhami</a>) in Colors’ <em><a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/rk-kiss-madhu-madhubala-ek-ishq-ek-junoon>Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon</a></em>, produced by Nautanki Films and BAG Films.

<a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/ashish-kapoor-and-roma-bali-punar-vivah>Roma Bali</a> has always played challenging roles on television. And very recently she played the role of Paridi’s (Leena Jhumani) mother in Zee TV’s <em>Punar Vivah</em>. Now she is all set to enter <em><a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/rk-kiss-madhu-madhubala-ek-ishq-ek-junoon>Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon</a></em> (Colors), produced by Nautanki Films and BAG Films.
