Zee's show Mamta is slated for a bout of fresh drama. And we don't mean on screen only. Anand Suryavanshi, who plays the male lead in the show has found a graceful exit. His character Akshay Srivastava has lately met with a fatal accident and with that his innings on the show has come to an end.
When contacted the actor says, "The track revolves around the female protagonist Mamta played by Neha Mehta and my exit does not signal that the show is slated for a wrap up. Actually the incident has a dramatic undercurrent and it would take the story in a new direction."
